# Во-первых — молодец за классический русский квас не для ленивых! Для ленивых — можно подрумянить солод в духовке, потом (можно смешав с мукой, а можно и без, но тогда больше солода нужно) запарить его как чай (желательно в чем-то термосоподобном) пока не станет комнатной температуры. Потом смешать с закваской (это натуральным образом заброженное тесто), добавить сахар и пусть стоит пару дней, после чего слить жидкость в бутылки и дать созреть до около недели.
